I recently moved to Hobbiton... Wellington - Eastbourne to be more specific. It's in New Zealand for all who haven't seen Lord of the Rings yet.

The weather is pretty great, sunshine nearly every day and I got sunburn atop of sunburn even though I carefully put on sunscreen every day.

So here I am now, we're getting a Pembroke Welsh Corgi tomorrow, which involves driving from Hobbiton and Bree through the Misty Mountains, Rivendell, Lothlórien and Mirkwood in the highlands of Dorthonion up to Mount Doom...

Just to get our new favourite puppy, Bailey-Woof.

Wow... it won't surprise me if we meet Aragorn on the way :D

So now I have to get back to writing my SGA John/ Rodney Whump/ Angst fic "Crossing Paths" and let the angst overtake me, before starting that journey tomorrow after a good ride on horse back!
